Because the Penthouse Graco 301 is located on the third floor of the low-density tower called Condos Graco and it has the closest location to the terrace which has panoramic views of the bay, said terrace is a common area for your entertaiment and it is fully furnished with Grill, table with umbrella, lounge chairs and lounge living area where you can sunbathe, admire the sunsets over the bay and spend a beautiful evening under the stars.

The living room has a flat screen television with international channels and is connected to the internet and Netflix, with which you can watch movies, series, or listen your favorite music.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a French door refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender to make margaritas, convection oven and electric stove with oven to bake your favorite desserts ect ... and with plastic glasses and plates for the common areas and glassware for the interior.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are interconnected with open spaces to facilitate the fluid interaction of its inhabitants.

The main bedroom has a King size bed and its bathroom has a hydro-massage tub for your complete relaxation, it also has a balcony where you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and the beautiful views of the pool and the garden Zen.

 For its part, the second bedroom has two single beds that together make a King Size bed according you convenience . In addition to this, your bathroom has a rain shower that provides a gentle massage when the water falls and helps you reconnect with yourself. It also has its own balcony overlooking the backyard.

The penthouse has its own laundry area with its own washer and dryer.

Inside the Penthouse each space has air conditioning and WiFi for your comfort.
