Condo Graco 201 is an apartment located on the second level of a 3 level tower + roof top with ocean view on the 4th level, at an equidistant point from the pool and garden located on the first floor; and the roof top with beautiful views of the bay. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (for 4 people including children), Smart TV, full equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The main bedroom has a King size bed and a balcony with outdoor coffee table and chairs where you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful views of the grass garden and the pool. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a shower to maximize the level of relaxation on your vacation.
The second bedroom has a little balcony for people who enjoys a cup of coffee while breathing outside air and offers the option of accommodating the beds as best suits your party, it can be a King size or two singles, your choice. The second bathroom has a vertical shower ideal for relaxing and stress relieve.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected by open spaces that have been designed to encourage fluid group interaction.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, stove with gas oven, microwave oven, convection oven, coffee maker, toaster and blender to prepare your favorite cocktails. With its luxury touch like its granite bars and its minimalist carpentry made out of exotic woods will make you feel at home away from home.
The laundry room is equipped with Whirlpool washer and dryer.
By the way if your group and/or family are more than 4 people, don't worry, since Graco 101 is also available for rent, apartment that is also for 4 people including children.
The Common Areas, as specified in “About Condos Graco”, have a pool, a Grass garden and a bathroom on the first level; and a roof top with ocean view and outdoor furniture (living, lounge chairs, table and chairs and barbecue are set) to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while sharing in desired company and it’s also the perfect place to practice Yoga, Pilates or just to Chill Out and relax. Escape to the beach through the FIBBA street access, there are fun activities for different tastes, from collecting shells and snails while you walk on the beach, going through the buggy board and paddle board, Jet ski, parachute and water games to tanning while taking a drink, to name a few of the various entertainment options that are now available in the Bahia area.
